Pictures of “Elsie” CT-18 sea kayak now in the portfolio
It’s been really tough lately finding the time to update the website. I should have been done weeks ago. Anyway, this is just a quick note to say that “Elsie”, the semi-historical rendering of the LC-148 specimen at the Danish National Museum collected from East Greenland, now has her own page in the portfolio. There’s some project information, construction pictures and computer renderings. Looking back on it, I really wish I had the time last … Read entire article »

Update – Canoe and Kayak Abrasion Test
I know… I’ve been promising to write an update on the Canoe and Kayak Coating Abrasion Test that I ran back in the Winter/Spring of 2008. You’ll get to see all the gory mistakes as I make them. Things could get ugly. I’ll try and make it as unobtrusive as possible. =D … Read entire article »
Quick Update…
First I’d like to wish all my customers and purveyors of my site a happy and prosperous 2010. Sorry if I didn’t post many updates in 2009. I ended getting a bit burned out and needed a break. I WILL resume commissions for boats this winter. I’m going to run the shop a bit differently, mostly keeping my deadlines more fluid to I can spend more time with my family. So that said, I am … Read entire article »
