Black Pearl: Start the interior

After glassing I trimmed the extra glass and applied two fill coats, tinted black, on the outside of the deck. When cured I pulled the deck off and set it aside (actually above) to keep it from getting damaged as I worked on the inside of the hull. Due to the flat rear deck and narrow beam the deck was very flimsy at this point. My wife helped me hoist it the ceiling where it’s held with rope straps. I removed the forms, scraped off any extra glue, and pared down the interior stems slightly. Next I’ll sand the interior, fill any remaining cracks then glass…
